The collection of articles and essays “Transnational trade and law – Liber amicorum in honour of the 50^th anniversary of Alexey Zhiltsov” (Moscow-Berlin, Infotropic-Media, 2013) contains the article “Legal effect limits of judicial acts on annulment of arbitral awards” by Yuri Monastyrsky. The collection consists of 17 articles and essays on international commercial arbitration, international private law, comparative and civil law, civil procedure, international trade law, economic analysis of law written by the most reputed Russian and German jurists.
