The 27th annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot culminated on 9 April 2020.
The Moot is supported and sponsored by the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) along with a number of reputable international arbitration institutions.
390 universities from around the world participated in the competition this year.
MGIMO University team successfully advanced to the quarter-finals, becoming the only Russian team to make it into the top eight.
MZS lawyers Leonid Prokhorov, Anna Kostina and Nikolay Zinovyev have coached the team.
MZS also provided financial support to the MGIMO University team allowing it to participate in the preliminary rounds of the competition (“Pre-Moots”).
