MZS partner Dmitry Lovyrev and associate Kirill Udovichenko have authored a chapter dedicated to arbitration in Russia in the 4th Edition of authoritative international yearbook Arbitration World (The European Lawyer Reference Series), edited by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. The yearbook provides short hand assistance to lawyers drafting arbitration clauses or participating in arbitration proceedings under the type of time pressure that has become customary for international business lawyers today. The aim of Arbitration World is to enable readers to have a book, combining reviews on arbitration environment in key jurisdictions around the world. Country overviews allow helpful cross border comparisons of arbitration rules, providing counsel and arbitrating parties with a first look at key issues while institutional chapters provide valuable information about the services and support offered by both local and international arbitration institutions, operating in key regions of the world.

The chapter drafted by MZS provides the reader with an outline of tools to identify key aspects of arbitration in Russia and serves a first reference guide to the institutions and applicable rules.
