A legal newspaper VIP (run by ConsultantPlus in Primorskiy Krai) published an article by the MZS attorney Dmitry Andreev “From an arbitral tribunal to a national court” in the issue No. 02 (376) of February 2018.
Dmitry Andreev spoke at the round on “Modern Mechanisms of Dispute Resolution and Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs”, organized by the Arbitration Center at the Institute of Modern Arbitration. In particular, Dmitry Andreev talked about what you should do if you have got an arbitral award in your favor but the other party is in no hurry to comply with it.
