The Russian Arbitration Center published a Review of the case law of Russia’s Supreme Court and commercial courts of circuits regarding arbitration for the3nd quarter of 2018  in Russia’s social network for lawyers Zakon.ru.

Dmitry Andreev (MZS attorney, co-chairman of the Young Institute of Modern Arbitration and chairman of the committee for interaction with national courts), Alexej Drobishev, Victoria Lunegova and Ekaterina Markunina took part in the preparation of the Review.

The review contains several decisions of cassation courts relating to the public policy issues.
