On 28 February 2019 the IV annual conference “Court Practice – 2018-2019: Key Cases” took place.

The leading legal practitioners provided detailed analysis of court cases and discussed further implications on the court practice, key changes in approach and interpretation in different types of cases.

Maxim Muzyka, MZS counsel leading MZS antimonopoly practice, shared his experience of participation in the first antimonopoly dispute heard by the Presidium of the RF Supreme Court between the FAS Russia and Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port / Primorsky Oil Terminal. MZS represented the ports and won the case.
