Nikolay is a graduate of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov (MSU) in 2010.
He joined MZS In 2010 and became a firm’s partner in 2024.
He is a member of the Moscow Region Bar Association.
His principal areas of specialization include resolution of complex corporate and commercial disputes in such industries as real estate and construction, retail, banking sector.
Among Nikolay’s clients there are VTB Capital, A1, H&M, Google.

Nikolay's recent experience includes representing:
•    a Russian investment fund in a corporate dispute regarding the invalidation of an interested party transaction worth RUB 1 billion, H&M in all significant disputes arising from lease agreements for premises located in the Russian Federation during the winding down of Russian business;
•    a foreign investor in connection with its withdrawal from a transaction to acquire a Russian agro-industrial company, as well as in a number of related labor disputes with its top management;
•    the largest Russian agricultural holding in disputes regarding the collection of debt under a loan agreement with a foreign bank investment company “A1” in a corporate dispute over shares of a defense company, including a victory in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation;
•    a Russian businessman in a lease dispute over several buildings and land plots in Moscow.
