Victoria is a graduate of National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in 2011.

In 2018, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) and took a refresher course on the additional professional program "Mediation" at the Russian Academy of Advocacy and Notary Public.

She joined MZS as a firm’s partner in 2024.

She has the status of an attorney, is a member of the group of attorneys of the FPA RF certified by the HELP Program in the field of international family law, providing assistance under the Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction 1980.

Her principal areas of specialization include prevention of family, inheritance and corporate risks in case of divorce or retirement of the business owner, relocation of families outside Russia, cases on protection of honor, dignity and business reputation, representing clients in cross-border family and inheritance disputes.
